1. Parties
Utatil Turizm A.Ş. (Hereinafter referred to as “utatil.com”),which operates the www.utatil.com website, is located at Şerifali Mah. Turcan Caddesi Kıble Sokak No:34 Ümraniye/İstanbul. The internet user who is a member of the www.utatil.com website (Hereinafter referred to as “MEMBER/USER”)
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms of use of the www.utatil.com website owned by Utatil Turizm A.Ş. This agreement shall apply to all kinds of holiday, tour, flight ticket, car rental services and other services to be provided, including the updates used by the member during the validity period of the agreement.
